KIEV, Oct. 25 – Ukraine will resume exports of feed grains next month following the government’s decision to increase an export quota mostly involving corn and feed wheat, Agriculture Minister Yuriy Melnyk said Thursday.
The government, however, will still keep restrictions on exports of milling grain, which is used to produce bread, to make sure there is enough domestic supply of grain in the face of a dismal grain harvest.
