KIEV, Oct. 19 – One side to the dispute may say the action changing management at UkrTatNafta was court-ordered, but Serhiy Hlushko, chairman of UkrTatNafta (which runs Ukraine's major oil refinery in Kremenchuk) says the enterprise has been raided.

"The enterprise has been seized by force. It was done by its former board chairman Pavel Ovcharenko, accompanied by armed servicemen of a Berkut special unit," Hlushko told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.
