KIEV, Oct. 10 – A shrinking and aging population, low energy efficiency levels and a low institutional quality judged by international standards are the key challenges facing Ukraine, according to James Wolfensohn, the ninth president of the World Bank Group, the press service of the Viktor Pinchuk Fund has reported.
The Fund said that Wolfensohn gave his views at the Kiev School of Economics (KSE) in the framework of KSE Public Lectures, presenting a lecture entitled "Ukraine within the Four-Speed World."
