KIEV, Oct. 3 – The State Property Fund announced that it and Kazakhstan's TuranAlem Bank signed an agreement on Tuesday to sell 25% plus one share in Ukrainian insurance company Oranta (Kiev).

A representative of TuranAlem Bank said that he saw an absolutely open privatization in Ukraine. He said that the victory in the tender cost the Kazakh bank a lot, although it was a realistic victory in an open fight, he said.
