KIEV, Sept. 5 - Australian coal producer CCI has secured a license to start developing coal deposit in western Ukraine that is estimated to hold 150 million metric tons of coal, a regional official said Wednesday.

CCI pledged to invest $380 million in development of the deposit, which is located between Lviv and Volyn regions, the official at the Lviv local government said.
