KIEV, April 30 - Arcelor Mittal, the world’s largest steel maker, plans to invest $2 billion to upgrade and to expand its Ukrainian steelmaking operation within the next four years, the company reported Thursday.

“Within he next four years, the company plans to implement an investment program worth $2 billion aimed at modernization of technology,” the company said in a statement.
