KIEV, July 31 - Ukraine will add more coal-producing capacity within the next several months to reverse a continued decline in the country’s coal output, Coal Industry Minister Serhiy Tulub said Tuesday.

Tulub said the measures include launching 22 new coal mining faces in August to bring a total number of new coal producing faces at the country’s coal mines to 165 in 2007.
