DONETSK, March 28 - Steel mills represented by Metinvest, which runs the mining and metals sector assets of System Capital Management (SCM), plan to raise output 10% in 2007, Ihor Korytko, head of Metinvest Holding's steel division, said.

The group, owned by Rinat Akhmetov, Ukraine??™s wealthiest businessan, plans to produce 9.38 million tons of steel products in 2007, up from from 8.5 million tons in 2006, he said.
