KYIV, Nov 27 – The European Business Association (EBA) and the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine called on the Verkhovna Rada to support at the second reading the government version of draft law No. 11090 on revising excise tax rates on tobacco products.

According to the appeal, special attention should be paid to the mechanism for determining and sizing the rates, in particular, to leave the ad valorem rate unchanged.
