KIEV, Jan. 22 ??“ Germany's VEKA AG, whose core business is the production of window and door frames, is to invest about EUR 14 million in the construction of a polyvinylchloride (PVC) frame plant in Kiev region within three years.

"In the next three years we'll invest about EUR 14 million," Director General of VEKA Rus Ltd. and VEKA Ukraine Ltd. Josef Leo Beckhoff at a press conference in Kalynivka in Kiev region on Monday.
