KIEV, Dec. 19 ??“ Ukrgaz-Energo, Ukraine??™s major supplier of imported natural gas, is facing a fine of up to $33 million for failing to disclose information on the size of its operation, an official said Tuesday.

Ukrgaz-Energo has been apparently refusing to send the crucial business operation information to the Anti-Monopoly Committee, which suspected the company had little or no competition from other companies in Ukraine.
