KIEV, Dec. 19 ??“ Ukraine??™s two leading car makers, ZAZ and Bohdan Corp., will join forces to build a $700 million car assembly plant in Russia to tap the country??™s growing market, the companies announced.

The disclosed investment is twice as big as has been earlier thought highlighting what may become the largest investment ever made by Ukrainian companies in overseas manufacturing sector.
