KYIV, Nov 14 – The Consumer Confidence Index of Ukrainians fell by 2.4 points in October compared to September, to 83.6 points on a 200-point scale, all components of the indicator slightly decreased, according to a study by the Info Sapiens agency.
"Although a slight deterioration in all indicators can be observed in October (against the background of Russia's attacks on the electricity infrastructure of Ukraine and their consequences), it is not statistically significant. Accordingly, we can observe the stability of consumer confidence indicators in October compared to September 2022, with a tendency for deterioration. The sentiments in November will probably depend on how much Ukraine can adapt and solve the problems with the electricity supply and, of course, on the general course of the war," it said.
