KIEV , Nov. 10 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny is planning to pay off all of its debt to RosUkrEnergo AG by the end of 2006 with loans it has raised, Ukraine 's Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Boyko said in an interview with a Ukrainian newspaper.

"Naftogaz Ukrayiny's debt to RosUkrEnergo after the heating season is around $600 million. Naftogaz Ukrayiny has already paid half of that amount with loans. The second half will be paid off by the end of the year, but, unfortunately, it will also be paid with credit resources," he said.
