KIEV, Nov. 8 - Ukraine resumed power exports to Russia on Tuesday after the government made sure the country has enough power for domestic consumption during the winter, the energy and fuel ministry reported.

Ukraine was supposed to resume the power exports on November 1, but had delayed the launch of power supplies for one week amid concerns that there might be greater domestic demand.
