KYIV, Sept 8 – ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) in January-August of this year more than doubled the total amount of payments on taxes and fees compared to the same period last year, to almost UAH 9.3 billion.

According to the company's press release on Wednesday, UAH 5.1 billion of the total amount of taxes and fees went to the state budget and UAH 1.2 billion – to local budgets. The enterprise transferred UAH 735 million as the single social security tax and UAH 2.3 billion as the value added tax on imports of raw materials and products.
