KYIV, Sept 7 – The cost of housing in Ukraine in the primary market may grow by 5-10%, and in the secondary market – by 7% by the end of 2021, President of the Association of Real Estate Specialists (Realtors) of Ukraine Yuriy Pita has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Despite the expected revival in the residential real estate market in the autumn, the price situation will be quite stable. The rise in prices will be more inertial and mainly due to the activity of buyers who buy housing purely for investment purposes – for further resale or rent," Pita said.
