KIEV, Oct. 17 ??“ It??™s official: the Our Ukraine faction has formally announced that it is going into opposition.

While making the official announcement in Parliament on Tuesday, Our Ukraine faction leader Roman Bezsmertny said the transition was in line with a decision made at a meeting of the Our Ukraine parliamentary faction on Oct. 5.

Our Ukraine decided to join the opposition over disagreements with the foreign, domestic and economic policy pursued by the country's government, Bezsmertny said.
