KYIV, June 15 – Since the beginning of the decentralization reform in 2015, local budget revenues have significantly grown, however, answering the question whether they felt any results of using these funds in improving the quality of services, provision of urban amenities, social assistance during this time, 51% of Ukrainians noted that they hadn't felt any changes.
"Some 24% felt certain changes for the better, and 15% felt changes only for the worse," says a report based on the results of a survey conducted by the sociological service of the Razumkov Center.
