KYIV, June 14 – Demand for business-class housing in Kyiv declined in May, while the main interest of buyers focused on housing in the middle segment, Director of City Development Solutions Roman Herasymchuk said.
The median price in Obolonsky, Solomiansky, Dniprovsky districts of Kyiv grew by 8-10%, in the more expensive ones – Podilsky and Shevchenkivsky – by only 4%. At the same time, real estate prices in Pechersky district have not changed over the month.
