KIEV, Oct. 4 - Ukraine will next year be importing natural gas from Central Asia, not from Russia, and all supplies will be handled by RosUkrEnergo, Energy and Fuel Minister Yuriy Boyko said.

The total supplies of about 57.5 billion cubic meters in 2007 will come from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, a departure from this year??™s pattern when gas has been delivered from Russia and Turkmenistan.
