KYIV, Feb 18 – Belarus became the largest exporter of power to Ukraine in January, which share in the total supply amounted to 67.3% and provided for 1.3% of total electricity consumption (including technological costs), Ukrenergo reported.
According to a posting on the company's website on Wednesday, from Belarus, which during this period was the only exporter to the Integrated Power System of Ukraine (IPS), in January 180.6 million kWh of electricity were imported into the country out of 268.3 million kWh of total imports.
