KYIV, Feb 19 – Contrary to market fears, the vacancy rate of Kyiv's shopping and entertainment centers in December 2020 was 10%, which is even lower than the figure for December 2019 - 11.9%, head of retail projects at Colliers International (Ukraine) Ihor Zabolotsky said.

In 2020, one large facility was commissioned in the capital - the Retroville shopping and entertainment center (gross lettable area of 86,000 square meters). The total supply of quality retail space in Kyiv increased by 5.7% compared to 2019, reached 1.588 million square meters.
