KYIV, Feb 12 - The mention of the need to preserve the independence of the National Bank of Ukraine in the resolution of the European Parliament correlates with the policy of President Volodymyr Zelensky, adviser to the head of the Ukrainian state Oleh Ustenko said.
"The mention of the NBU's independence in the resolution of the European Parliament is a correct and logical message, which fully correlates with the position of President Zelensky, and with Ukrainian legislation, and with the interests of Ukrainian taxpayers," Ustenko said in a comment to the Interfax-Ukraine news agency on Thursday evening, February 11.
