KIEV, Sept. 28 - Ukraine plans to accumulate up to 3.5 million mt of coal in its stockpile by the end of October, up from about 3.3 million mt that had been accumulated a year ago, the energy and fuel ministry said in a statement Thursday.

???We have no doubts that by the end of October we will have 3.5 million mt of coal in stocks,??? Energy and Fuel Minister Yuriy Boyko said in the statement.
