KYIV, Jan 12 - The International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank’s private sector arm, may acquire a stake in the state-owned Ukrgasbank in early 2021, First Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Kateryna Rozhkova said.

"At the end of 2017, the IFC, the Ministry of Finance and Ukrgasbank signed a memorandum on the partial privatization of Ukrgasbank. It looks like it will be possible to close the deal in early 2021," she wrote on Facebook.
