KYIV, Jan 11 - The growth of consumer prices in Ukraine in 2020 accelerated to 5% from 4.1% in 2019, being in the center of the inflation target of the National Bank of Ukraine, the State Statistics Service reported.
According to its data, in December inflation fell to 0.9% from 1.3% in November and 1% in October.
However, in December 2019 a 0.2% deflation was recorded, therefore, in annual terms, inflation over 2020 jumped to 5% compared to 3.8% in November, 2.6% in October, 2.3% in September.
