KYIV, Dec 24 – The International Monetary Fund is concerned with increasing delays in financial transactions in the energy sector as many companies report shortage of cash pointing at looming crisis.

Yuriy Vitrenko, the recently appointed Acting Energy Minister, assured IMF Head of Mission in Ukraine, Ivanna Vladkova Hollar, that the government will continue to accelerate reforms in the energy sector.
