KYIV, Nov 24 – By the end of this year, the draft Concept for the introduction and development of the green bonds market in Ukraine, which will establish the rules of their circulation, will be submitted for approval by the government by the end of this year.

This was announced by acting Chairman of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Kostiantyn Hura at the national online forum entitled "Energy-independent regions of Ukraine: how to replace gas, find investments and stimulate business" on Tuesday.
