KYIV, Nov 24 – Ukraine’s grain exporting contracts may be in jeopardy and escalate into litigation next month due to confusion caused by the government over potential force majeure, according to the Ukrainian Grain Association (UGA).
"The situation on the grain market is quite difficult and critical,” Mykola Horbachev, the president of UGA, said. “It was aggravated by the position of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture.”
