KYIV, Nov 19 – The Expert Council of the Exploration and Production Division of the Naftogaz Group wrote to the government about the need to provide the company with access to geological exploration of large promising oil and gas areas in Ukraine, including the Black Sea shelf and Yuzivska field.

As stated in the letter, if Naftogaz continues to operate exclusively with existing assets, without gaining access to new large fields, then in 10 years gas production may decrease from the current 14.1 billion cubic meters ... to 5.1 billion cubic meters.
