KYIV, Oct 19 – The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine has issued a license to manage the assets of institutional investors (asset management activities) to AMC Von der Heyden Group LLC (Kyiv).

"The license allows the new subsidiary AMC Von der Heyden Group to launch a fund to raise capital by private placement of shares to professional investors with a minimum investment of EUR 250,000," the company said in a press release.
