KYIV, Aug 3 – The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) has announces a tender for removing the sunken Delfi tanker from the waters of the Dolphin Beach in Odesa.
Infrastructure Minister of Ukraine Vladyslav Krykliy said on his Facebook page on Sunday, August 2, the bids for the tender will be accepted until August 5.
"The USPA has announced a tender for transparent procurement of services for lifting and removal of the Delfi tanker within the shortest possible period of time. The contest has been announced with clear requirements for contractors. In particular, they must have document supported experience in carrying out similar operations. The bidders also have to submit their plans of work performance," he said.
