KYIV, July 28 – Oschadbank, in partnership with the U.S. Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF), is launching concessional lending to social enterprises from eastern Ukraine at 5% per annum, the bank's press service said on Tuesday.

"Under the new project, both small businesses and individual entrepreneurs from the east of Ukraine, who build and develop businesses with a social component, will be able to obtain an affordable loan," the press service said, citing Board Chairman of Oschadbank Andriy Pyshny.
