KYIV, March 26 – Russia operates two Ukrainian self-elevating floating rigs in offshore areas near Crimea and this will be used as evidence in international court, the Maritime Guard of the State Border Service of Ukraine reported Thursday.

Ukraine sent a group of border patrol boats and an aircraft to conduct surveillance of the areas and found the two rigs bearing the Russian flag and actively extracting natural gas. The boats documented the operation.
