Reshuffle at UkrTRansNafta seen as setback for shipments to Europe
Journal Staff Report

KIEV, Aug. 23 - The supervisory council of Ukraine’s oil shipping monopoly UkrTransNafta has appointed Yevhen Bakulin as chairman, replacing Oleksandr Todiychuk, a company official said Wednesday.

The dismissal is a setback for the country’s plans to start shipping Caspian Sea crude oil to European markets via the Odessa-Brody oil pipeline. Todiychuk was known as the key advocate of the project.
