KYIV, Feb 13 – One of the world's largest port operators, DP World, is entering Ukraine by acquiring a 51% stake in TIS Container Terminal Ukraine in Pivdenny Port near Odesa.

"Ukraine becomes the 51st country where DP World operates," co-owner and CEO of TIS Andriy Stavnitser wrote on his Facebook page on Thursday.

The press service of TIS reported that SD Capital investment company implemented the deal.
