KYIV, Feb 11 – The government and the National Bank of Ukraine will work together to make sure that mortgage rates decline to 10% by September to provide support for the country’s middle class, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said Tuesday.
"The government and the National Bank are already working on lowering the interest rate. By September the mortgage rate could be 10%. This is a very difficult task, but it is realistic," he said in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
