KYIV, Dec 11 – President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Wednesday signed Ukraine’s 2020 budget bill that sets budget deficit at a manageable 2.09% of the gross domestic product that should encourage economic growth.

The deficit is expected to hit UAH 94.3 billion in absolute terms, which compares with UAH 1.093 trillion that the government plans to raise in revenue and UAH 1.18 trillion in spending.
