KYIV, Dec 3 – Andriy Kobolev, the head of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national energy company, said he had no plans to step down, following comments from the energy minister that Naftogaz leadership will be reshuffled.
The comments sparked concerns over who will lead the company that is waging a $22 billion legal dispute with Russian gas monopoly Gazprom, which is frequently used by the Kremlin as a political weapon.
