KYIV, Nov 29 – Corruption and punitive judicial system remain the main risk factors for the financial sector, according to the results of a survey on systemic risks for the financial sector conducted by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in November 2019.
According to the data obtained during the survey, posted on the website of the central bank, other significant risk factors are the state of cooperation with international financial organizations, the political and social situation in the country, the state of protection of the rights of creditors and investors, as well as fraud and cyber threats.
