KIEV, Aug. 14 - The Ukrainian government appointed Yuriy Zyukov to the post of the first deputy coal industry minister, replacing Volodymyr Novikov at the post, the government??™s press service said Monday.

The government also appointed Volodymyr Radchenko and Oleh Gnattsov as deputies of the coal industry minister, dismissing Anatoliy Korzun, Oleksandr Frantsyshko and Alatoliy Sabynin from the posts, the press service said.
