KYIV, Nov. 5 - Ukraine is moving quickly toward agreeing a new three-year loan program with the International Monetary Fund, Finance Minister Oksana Markarova told reporters on Tuesday, denying suggestions that talks for a new deal had stalled, Reuters reported.
The comment comes two weeks after the top official at the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has forecast that the IMF may be able to open the new loan before the end of the year.
