KIEV, Aug. 11 ??“ Ukraine??™s Antimonopoly Committee cleared the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to buy more than 25% of Uksnab, a commercial refrigeration equipment maker, and Renaissance Life, a subsidiary of Russia's Renaissance Insurance.

The EBRD had signed a deal with Uksnab on April 27 to buy 35% of the company's shares for EUR 12.4 million, Interfax-Ukraine reported citing Anton Usov, an EBRD spokesman in Kiev.
