KYIV, Oct 10 – The level of consumer satisfaction with online purchases in Ukraine is lower than the global average, the press service of Google Ukraine has reported, based on the global research into customer experience across online retailers conducted by Kantar on behalf of Google.
According to the research, only 59% of respondents in Ukraine rate experiences with online retailers as excellent or very good compared with the global average (69%).
Some 11% respondents dissatisfied with the services (satisfactory and bad), while the global average is only 7%.
