KYIV, Sept 30 – The Cabinet of Ministers plans to double exports, while reducing the level of import duties for the top 100 product lines in the top 20 export markets by 10%, according to the government's five-year program announced on Monday.

According to the document, the government also announced the plan to reduce time for processing exports from 66 hours in 2018 to 24 hours in 2024 (this was the average clearance rate in Europe and Central Asia last year).
