KYIV, Sept 27 – Ukrtatnafta opposed a rise in domestic tariffs for oil transportation, planned by the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER), saying that this will affect the country's oil refining industry.

A statement posted on the company's website says that in September of this year Ukrtatnafta increased its monthly oil refining volume by 30%, and the volume of transportation of imported oil by trunk pipelines to Kremenchuk refinery (Ukrtatnafta) doubled.
