KYIV, Sept 26 – The draft interconnection agreement with Russia proposed by Ukraine has been drawn up with participation of European transmission system operators (TSO), Director General of TSO of Ukraine LLC Sergiy Makogon has said.

"The draft interconnection agreement between TSO of Ukraine and the Russian Federation was prepared not only taking into account our own experience, but also the experience of the leading TSO of the EU member states (Gasunie, Eustream, SNAM, GRTgaz), members of the consortium of partner operators, representatives of which have been cooperating with TSO of Ukraine as advisors from May-June this year," he wrote on his Facebook page.
