KYIV, Sept 12 – President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and Finnish President Sauli Niinisto discussed problems related to the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project, energy efficiency, economic cooperation, and Finland's record of a land and education reform, Zelenskiy said.
"Broader energy cooperation is extremely important to us – I mean in particular energy saving technology. I drew the Finnish president's attention to the Nord Stream 2 issue and stressed that this project is a threat to the whole of Europe, and its assessment as a purely commercial one may cost our European partners dear in the future," Zelensky said at a news briefing following a meeting with Niinisto on Thursday.
