KIEV, Aug. 7 ??“ Aker Yards of Norway and the Damen Shipyards Group of the Netherlands finalized the process of establishing joint ownership of the Damen Shipyards Okean in Mykolayiv, Ukraine, Aker Yards reported.

The plans involve increasing the output capacity of the yard to 60,000 tons per year, and will contribute to a strengthened shipbuilding capacity of Aker Yards.
